In today’s complex technological eco systems that is spawning new technologies and methods to tackle the Big Data problems organizations are facing. It is almost impossible to keep up with the knowledge and training employees need to become technological experts.

A team structure is comprised of two or more highly capable personnel in the fields that can be seen below lead by a technological leader (based in matrix DnA’s HQ) that is in charge of seeing the broader picture, review technological designs, coordinate in house services (i.e. Data Science services), and provide support.
