Responsibilities
- Accompanying the project’s work plan in aspects of: schedule, resource management, planning versus execution, risk planning and control, organizational satisfaction.
- Control and collection of hours of company employees per projects and customers
- Working with the finance department in regards to the projects billing activity
- Control and monitor orders and customer charges
- Managing the life cycle of the company’s projects
- Building a snapshot of projects with the company’s management
- Independent work with internal and external factors, including the company’s customers
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Economics / Business Management / Similar
- Two years or more of relevant experience
- Familiarity with corporate internal systems- hours reporting, financial and ERP
- High-level Excel – required
- High service capacity (even in situations of stress and load)
- Personality traits:
– Good interpersonal skills
– Order and organization
– Matriculation work ability and multiple tasks and processes
