PMO

Responsibilities

  • Accompanying the project’s work plan in aspects of: schedule, resource management, planning versus execution, risk planning and control, organizational satisfaction.
  • Control and collection of hours of company employees per projects and customers
  • Working with the finance department in regards to the projects billing activity
  • Control and monitor orders and customer charges
  • Managing the life cycle of the company's projects
  • Building a snapshot of projects with the company's management
  • Independent work with internal and external factors, including the company's customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Economics / Business Management / Similar
  • Two years or more of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with corporate internal systems- hours reporting, financial and ERP
  • High-level Excel – required
  • High service capacity (even in situations of stress and load)
  • Personality traits:
    – Good interpersonal skills
    – Order and organization
    – Matriculation work ability and multiple tasks and processes
